Gratitude Journals
-
My daughter first discovered Journaling in school and loved it. When I looked into it, I discovered there are so many benefits and so I wanted to create a personal one for her to use routinely.
-
Studies show Journaling can provide a safe outlet for all the emotions and strong feelings young tweens and teens experience as they go through this next chapter in their life.
-
By writing down and expressing your emotions in a journal, you can deal with stress and anxiety more effectively.
-
Incorporating Gratitude activities in Journals, specifically encourages one to think more about things in your life you are grateful for and less about the things you don't have.
-
Focusing your thoughts on positive aspects of your life, changes your perspective and develops your resilience so you'll be more equipped to cope with stresses in life.
